① Decals are not suitable for balloons and need to be assembled. Once inflated, you need to attach the decal to the balloon. ②The balloon is made of a unique plastic material (similar to PVC), which is elastic! Balloons will not inflate, we recommend filling with helium from your local party store. The recommended inflation size is 23"-31" (60-80cm) in diameter ③You can also use decals or fillers on your own balloons to decorate the balloons.
