99-Day Return Policy

Before packing and shipping, our QC team rigorously tests each product to confirm its proper functionality. We encourage you to carefully review the detailed product descriptions on our website before placing your order. Please ensure that all order details are accurate, as our policy is effective from the date of delivery.
We Guarantee Product Quality
At Callie Gifts, we guarantee that our products meet the highest advertised standards. Each item undergoes a thorough quality inspection before shipment to ensure it meets our quality requirements. Please note that all requests for refunds or replacements must be made within 99 days of delivery. For the best assistance, reach out to us as soon as any issue arises.
Defective/ Damaged Items Return
1. To request a return, please email us at support-ca@callie.com.
2. Clear photos/videos of the issue and a detailed description are required.
3. Within 48 hours, we will process a refund or an exchange for your purchase.
4. For defective or damaged items, customers don't need to return the items, but please provide us with photos/videos as evidence.
Return Service Procedure for Non-Quality Returns
If you need to return a product for a non-quality reason, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team within 99 days of the delivery date to request a return and obtain the return address.
2. Pay for the return shipping and provide the shipping label to customer service.
3. After receiving your shipping label, our customer service will process your refund.
Important Note: For returns without quality issues, you will receive a 70% refund of the product amount. A 30% deduction applies as a crafting fee for personalized items.
Return Shipping Cost
If the product has quality problems, customers does not need to return the product, we are responsible for providing a refund or replacement.
In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return Processing Time
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your items to be received and processed.
Once your item is received and scanned into our warehouse, the refund will be issued to your specified account.
Notes on Refunds
1. Your refund will be returned to the original payment method.
2. The refund will be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable for non-quality returns.
